Ironwear, a premier name in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) manufacturing, is seeking an enthusiastic Order Processor to become an integral part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that all customer orders are processed smoothly and accurately. You will collaborate with various departments to uphold our commitment to excellence in customer service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Accurately enter and manage customer orders in our ERP system.
    • Verify the accuracy of orders before dispatching them to the warehouse team.
    • Address and resolve any order discrepancies or issues in a prompt manner.
    • Maintain thorough documentation and records related to order processing.
    • Adhere to company policies and protocols throughout the order processing workflow.

Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
    • Comfortable in using computers
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in order processing.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
    • Team-oriented with the capability to work independently when required.
    • Basic math skills to assist with order calculations and inventory checks.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software.

Additional Skills:

  • Knowledge of the PPE industry or supply chain processes is advantageous.

  • Understanding of logistics and shipping procedures.
