BallenIsles Country Club is seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to support our Club’s social media and communications initiatives. The ideal candidate will capture engaging photo and video content that enhances the BallenIsles brand and supports marketing efforts across multiple platforms.
This position requires attendance at Club events to capture dynamic photography and videography. The candidate should have an artistic eye for creating compelling Reels and posts, as well as the ability to collaborate with various departments to generate both internal and external content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and provide innovative, effective, and engaging photo and video content to the Communications Coordinator.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
- Develop and implement diverse content formats tailored to specific situations and campaigns.
- Assist in content creation for flyers, posters, website updates, and other printed materials.
- Edit photography and video content for professional presentation.
- Contribute to strategies aimed at increasing follower growth and engagement.
- Coordinate and schedule content creation sessions with other departments.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Full-time position; flexible schedule required, including availability for weekend and holiday events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Photography/Videography, or a related field; or 1+ years of relevant experience/training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in photography and videography, including the use of cameras and related equipment.
- Strong creative ability to craft and present social media content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
- Proficiency with Canva and other design/editing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and professionally.
- Strong command of the English language and a solid understanding of advertising and marketing best practices.
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Collaborative mindset; able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Previous experience in a country club or hospitality environment is a plus.
- Compensation commensurate with experience.
