Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual to join our team in a part-time, on-site role (approximately 30 hours per week). The successful candidate will assist with daily office operations, customer service inquiries, data entry, and administrative tasks in a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email

Maintain accurate records, filing, and data entry

Provide support with policy information, documentation, and customer correspondence

Assist in maintaining organized office procedures and workflow
Qualifications
-
Dependable, responsible, and organized with strong initiative

Must have communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual proficiency a plus

Proficient in data entry and general computer applications

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Prior insurance experience preferred but not required

Willing to obtain a Customer Service Representative (CSR 440) License; training and licensing costs covered by the agency

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in related fields a plus
Compensation & Schedule
