We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Account Coordinator to join our Miami team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our clients and service operations, ensuring seamless coordination, superior client satisfaction, and efficient delivery of staffing solutions. You will play a critical role in supporting account managers, maintaining client communication, and overseeing service execution.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and service updates

  • Assist with onboarding processes, contract management, and compliance documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of client accounts and service timelines

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt delivery of services

  • Monitor client satisfaction and support account retention efforts

  • Prepare regular reports and documentation for internal and external use

  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed to maintain service quality

  • Participate in meetings with clients and internal staff to align goals and progress

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, staffing coordination, or account management

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook)

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
