Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to generate interest in our products and services.
- Engage in telemarketing efforts to promote technology solutions, effectively communicating the benefits and features to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent follow-up and personalized service.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market penetration and achieving sales targets.
- Record and track all interactions with clients in the CRM system for accurate reporting and follow-up purposes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Strong telemarketing skills with a focus on outbound calling and warm calling techniques.
- Ability to effectively engage customers through inside sales strategies.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
