We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging in telemarketing and inside sales activities, focusing on technology sales to meet customer needs and achieve company goals.

Duties

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to generate interest in our products and services.
  • Engage in telemarketing efforts to promote technology solutions, effectively communicating the benefits and features to potential customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent follow-up and personalized service.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market penetration and achieving sales targets.
  • Record and track all interactions with clients in the CRM system for accurate reporting and follow-up purposes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong telemarketing skills with a focus on outbound calling and warm calling techniques.
  • Ability to effectively engage customers through inside sales strategies.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
