Your Impact

Command the Field: Lead and mentor a team of technicians, ensuring every project meets the "Executive Electronics Standard" of craftsmanship.
Master the System: Take ownership of complex installations involving Control4, Elan, Lutron, and Vantage. *
Bridge the Gap: Act as the onsite point of contact for clients and contractors, turning technical complexity into a simple, high-end user experience.

What You Bring

Expertise: You have a deep-rooted background in AV integration and feel at home inside a rack or behind a programming laptop.
Leadership: You know how to motivate a crew, troubleshoot on the fly, and keep a project moving toward the finish line.
Technical IQ: You understand networking protocols (IP, VLANs, etc.) and how they serve as the foundation for modern smart homes.
Communication: You are as comfortable talking tech with your team as you are explaining a system to a high-net-worth homeowner.
