About the Role
Modalways is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Client Service Representative to support our clients by providing clear communication, issue resolution, and excellent service throughout their engagement with our technology solutions. This role ensures clients receive timely assistance, accurate information, and a smooth experience when working with our development, cloud, and automation teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, updates, and service-related needs.
- Maintain accurate records of communications, service requests, and follow-up actions.
- Support onboarding processes by helping clients understand timelines, expectations, and deliverables.
- Monitor client satisfaction and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Ensure all service interactions follow company standards and client expectations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong communication skills--both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of technology, software, or cloud services (training provided).
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
