Overview: Post Haste Shipping is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-friendly Shipping Clerk to join our fast-paced team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, enjoys working with people, and can confidently manage shipping software and point-of-sale systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter customer demographics and shipment details into our shipping software
• Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation
• Operate POS system for transactions and customer checkouts
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Provide friendly, professional service to walk-in customers
• Assist with inventory tracking and supply restocking as needed

Qualifications:

• Basic data entry skills with strong attention to detail
• Highly organized and able to multitask efficiently
• Experience with POS systems (preferred)
• Friendly, approachable attitude with excellent customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team
