Were seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Manager who is ready to lead from the front. In this role, youll mentor a team of driven producers, coach daily performance, and help us build a powerhouse sales force. Youll work closely with leadership to drive results, develop agent talent, and build a winning team culture.

Responsibilities

  • Train and coach new and developing agents to help them succeed
  • Build, manage, and inspire a high-performing sales team
  • Track and evaluate individual and team metrics (calls, quotes, conversion)
  • Set daily expectations, provide accountability, and celebrate wins
  • Encourage agent-led referral development and networking efforts


Requirements

  • Prior experience in insurance sales or team leadership
  • Active insurance license (P&C required; Life & Flood a plus)
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold others accountable
  • Strong mentoring instincts with a balance of firmness and care
  • Comfortable implementing systems and processes that ensure execution
  • High energy, strong presence, and desire to make a real impact
