A-Line Staffing is now hiring an On-Site Sales Representative in Stuart, FL. The Sales Representative will be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This position is full-time / 40+ hours per week and is 100% onsite.

Compensation:

• The pay for this position is $17.00 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Highlights:

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire permanently based on attendance, performance, and business needs
• Location: Stuart, Florida – 100% onsite
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST
• Must be available to work one late shift per week (11:30 AM–8:00 PM EST)

Responsibilities:

• Perform initial or follow-up sales calls to prospective and current customers
• Educate customers on product lines including Ostomy, Urology, Purewick, and related medical supplies
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to identify customer needs and ensure full satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of calls, issues, and resolutions in CRM and tracking systems
• Meet departmental goals related to call volume, customer satisfaction, and sales metrics
• Adhere to compliance, HIPAA, and call scripting standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to resolve order-related issues and ensure a best-in-class experience
• Communicate with customers through digital channels including email and web chat
• Maintain professionalism, teamwork, and integrity while ensuring accurate customer documentation

Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience: Previous call center or sales experience preferred, but not required
• Skills:
• • Excellent verbal communication, particularly with elderly clients
  • Strong sales aptitude and customer engagement ability
  • Effective multitasking and organizational skills
  • Proficient computer and data entry skills
  • Basic math and reasoning abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM or call center software a plus

Work Requirements:

• Must be available for occasional evening shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed
