What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2+ years of fine dining or luxury hospitality service experience.

• Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication skills, polished presentation, and a guest-first mindset.

• Ability to multitask, stay composed under pressure, and work as part of a team.
