Excellent Base Salary- $185,000 to $215,000 (negotiable based on experience).
ANNUAL PERFORMANCE BONUS, BASED ON PERFORMANCE! FULL RELOCATION FUNDING PROVIDED FOR THE PERSON HIRED! OUTSTANDING Benefits & 401K. THIS IS NOT A CONTRACT OR TEMP. ROLE, IT IS A FULL-TIME-PERMANENT PLACEMENT & YOU WILL BE AN EMPLOYEE OF THIS NATIONWIDE COMPANY.
VERY limited travel- two times a year for just a few days at a time, for corporate meetings etc. All business travel expenses reimbursed, you have an expense account. This nationwide company has been in existence for over 20+ years and has had recent significant expansions. Our firm has an exclusive placement agreement with this company for this role. This role is open due to the personal relocation of the person in this role to another state, for personal reasons.
-This client company requires either a permanent resident or U.S. citizen status.
-This client company has a team-focused culture. This company has experienced several expansions in recent years. There have been significant expansions in the last 15. They offer excellent benefits & 401K plan. This company is highly profitable, financially secure and continues to expand. They have never downsized.
-Base salary is $185,000 to $210,000 annually with significant potential annual increases, based on your performance. ALSO AN ANNUAL PERFORMANCE BONUS, BASED ON YOUR PERFORMANCE.
-FULL RELOCATION FUNDING PROVIDED FOR THOSE OUTSIDE OF THE AREA!
-You manage a staff of four Human Resource professionals in this role (they handle payroll, benefits, orientations etc.)

-REALISTIC ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES (THIS COMPANY has consistently expanded for 15+ years, in existence for over 20 years.)
REQUIREMENTS:
-Either reside near Jacksonville, FL or be open to relocation there, RELOCATION FUNDING IS PROVIDED- The company issues a lump-sum check for any and all relocation expenses you would incur.
-This client is requiring a minimum of a 2-year college degree. A graduate degree is a plus but not required.
-Either hands-on experience with, or general knowledge of, ADP Payroll at some point in your career history
-A minimum of 4 years Human Resources Management experience, as either an HR Manager or HR Director, is required.
-Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Have experience working with external recruiters at some point
-Have experience with annual employee evaluations, for HR personnel
-Have experience (recently or in the past) with recruiting, benefits, employee evaluations, orientations
-Have knowledge of payroll- hourly and salaried personnel
-Have a team-focused work ethic & management style
