Seeking a buyer’s specialist to join our growing team of real estate

professionals. We need an interested and motivated real estate agent who is ready

to jump into the market! We are looking for an individual who is organized and able

to provide the highest level of customer service for our buyers and clients.


The right candidate will possess the skill and aptitude necessary to work with qualified buyers and help them find the home of their dreams, negotiate the contract on their behalf, and represent their interests throughout the home-buying process. Compensation:

$100,000+

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
  • Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget
  • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
  • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
  • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
  • Work closely under the mentorship of Steve Purcell, gaining hands-on experience and guidance from an established Marco Island agent
  • Build relationships with buyers, providing exceptional service and expert guidance throughout the home-buying process
  • Prospect and follow up with pre-qualified leads, expired listings, and FSBOs to generate new business opportunities
  • Schedule and conduct property showings tailored to client needs and preferences
  • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring smooth and successful transactions
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, team members, and partners throughout the buying process
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and execute effective marketing and outreach strategies
  • Stay informed about local market trends, pricing, and inventory on Marco Island and the surrounding areas
  • Use CRM systems and other tools to track leads, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate records
  • Represent the team and brokerage with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm in all interactions

Qualifications:

  • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
  • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
  • 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
  • An established track record of successful real estate sales
  • Must have a valid Florida Real Estate license
