Job DescriptionU.S.-based e-commerce brand selling party supplies for 10+ years on Amazon.
We are looking for an experienced Amazon Advertising Specialist to join our small team. This is a full-time, salaried, remote (USA-based only) role where you’ll take ownership of our Amazon PPC strategy and directly impact sales and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Create, launch, and optimize Sponsored Product and Sponsored Display campaigns.
- Monitor and improve ACOS/TACOS to meet company profitability targets.
- Manage campaign structures, budgets, bids, and keywords.
- Conduct competitor analysis and keyword research.
- Support seasonal promotions (Prime Day, Black Friday, holidays).
- Make minor listing updates tied to ad performance.
- Provide weekly reports and actionable insights directly to leadership.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Amazon Ads management experience (strongly preferred).
- Proven track record of improving campaign performance and ROI.
- Must be based in the United States and authorized to work.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 (depending on experience).
- Benefits: 401(k) retirement plan and Paid Time Off.
- 100% remote role, U.S.-based only.
