The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Compensation for this position includes an hourly wage plus commission, rewarding your success in building our client base and bringing events to life. Creative possibilities and earning potentials are endless.
Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide event appropriate recommendations.
- Achieve sales targets through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize on sales approaches and share best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company database.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
Skills
- Bilingual: Fluent in English & Spanish.
- Strong customer service and SALES skills.
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance.
