We’re currently looking to welcome a Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist to our front desk team. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves animals and people, and enjoys making someone's day a little brighter, we'd love to meet you!

This is a part-time role (less than 30 hours/week), with scheduling based on clinic needs. Weekend availability is a plus.

Mon–Fri: 7 AM – 6 PM | Sat: 8 AM – 1 PM | Sun: Closed

What You'll Be Doing

  • Greet clients and pets with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and gather medical histories
  • Process invoices and handle payments accurately
  • Fill prescriptions and manage food/OTC product requests
  • Communicate clearly with doctors and techs about patient needs
  • Ensure data is accurately entered into our software
  • Keep our reception area clean, calm, and welcoming
  • Support clients through both happy visits and tough goodbyes

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A love for animals (and their humans!)
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Comfort with computers and scheduling software
  • Ability to lift 30–50 pounds
  • Willingness to jump in, learn, and grow with us
