Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven National Director of Sales to expand our presence in the automotive F&I agency marketplace. This role is responsible for driving top-line revenue growth in combination of managing net profitability of clients by securing new agency relationships, strengthening existing partnerships, and leading a field team by positioning our High-Mileage Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) as the premier product solution in the industry.
As the voice of our organization in the F&I Agency marketplace, the National Director of Sales will lead business development efforts, serve as a trusted resource to agencies, and ensure our flagship program is widely adopted and consistently delivers measurable value. A key element of this role includes agency training and education, equipping our partners with the tools, technology solutions, knowledge, and confidence to successfully grow our high-mileage VSC program.
Key Responsibilities
- Agency Growth: Acquire new automotive F&I agency partnerships by leveraging our High-Mileage VSC program.
- Retention & Expansion: Strengthen existing agency relationships and drive incremental growth through deeper product adoption techniques.
- Training & Education: Lead training initiatives to educate agencies and dealer partners on the value, features, and selling strategies of the High-Mileage VSC program.
- Market Leadership: Represent the company nationally as a leading voice for high-mileage F&I solutions; actively engage at industry events, conferences, and agency meetings.
- Sales & Profitability Execution: Develop and implement a national sales strategy designed to maximize agency adoption, dealer engagement, top-line revenue, and net profit contribution.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to deliver the tools, resources, and product support needed to ensure agency and dealer success.
- Performance Delivery: Consistently achieve or exceed growth targets tied to both revenue and profitability of the High-Mileage program.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of sales or business development experience within the automotive F&I industry, specifically with agencies.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Proven track record of securing new business and expanding existing accounts.
- Strong knowledge of F&I products, with expertise in positioning high-mileage programs.
- Experience leading training and education initiatives for agencies or dealer networks.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance top-line growth with bottom-line profitability.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel nationally to represent the company and support agency partners.
- Entrepreneurial, hunter-style mentality with a strong drive to deliver results
