ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2000 and currently has a dedicated team of ten. Ive been with State Farm for 40 years, having served in several roles first as an agent, then in field staff, and eventually returning to agency ownership. Insurance runs in my family; my father also worked in the industry, and my own journey has been shaped by a lifelong commitment to service and integrity. Before my insurance career, I served in the U.S. Air Force as a flight instructor, an experience that taught me leadership, discipline, and teamwork.
I hold a masters degree and am married with four sons, as well as grandchildren and great-grandchildren family means everything to me. That same sense of family extends into our office culture. Were a close-knit, supportive group that works hard, celebrates each others successes, and truly enjoys spending time together.
Our team participates in missionary work and community outreach through our church, reflecting our shared belief in giving back. We also enjoy team dinners, outings, and even spirit week its a fun, energizing way to stay connected.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Bruce Baltich - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
