Position Summary
The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including guest service, team leadership, inventory, scheduling, forecasting, financial performance, and community involvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations
- Deliver exceptional guest service and maintain a positive atmosphere
- Hire, train, and coach team members
- Manage schedules, labor, and inventory
- Oversee cleanliness, food safety, and store organization
- Monitor sales, costs, and financial performance
- Build strong community relationships
- Ensure compliance with company and health standards

Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in restaurant or retail management
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Full availability, including nights and weekends
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word, Microsoft 365, Toast POS)
- Food safety/health certification preferred (assistance provided if needed)

Buscamos personas motivadas y con una personalidad excepcional para ayudar a nuestros clientes a crear sus propias pizzas y gestionar las operaciones diarias del restaurante.
Nuestras responsabilidades incluyen la atencin del restaurante, mantener todo limpio y organizado, y la limpieza del establecimiento. Los gerentes de restaurante tambin son responsables de las operaciones diarias del restaurante, incluyendo el inventario, la programacin, la previsin, la participacin comunitaria y el bienestar financiero. La remuneracin es competitiva y se basar en la experiencia.
Este es un ambiente divertido y dinmico. Un puesto ideal para veteranos. El candidato ideal tendr disponibilidad total, incluyendo turnos nocturnos.
Debe dominar el ingls y estar autorizado para trabajar en USA. Hablar espaol no es obligatorio, pero es til. Experiencia en computadora con MS Excell, MS Word y R365 es deseable.
