We’re looking for hands-on Bakery Support Staff for our daily operations at Frankie Bakes. This role comes with a large potential to grow into a leadership role. You will provide essential support in making sure our cookies are mixed, balled, baked, packed, and shipped with care and consistency. A Day in the Role:
<ul>
<li>Assist with cookie production: mixing, portioning, baking, packaging, and cleaning</li>
<li>Support inventory restocking and basic prep tasks</li>
<li>Prepare and package orders for shipment and local delivery</li>
<li>Work efficiently to meet daily production and shipping deadlines </li>
</ul>
What we’re looking for:
<ul>
<li>Strong attention to detail and consistency</li>
<li>Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs</li>
<li>Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented</li>
<li>Ideally you have prior experience in a café, restaurant, or commercial kitchen (front or back of house) </li>
</ul>
Bonus points
<ul>
<li>Food handler certification</li>
<li>Experience working in a bakery or food production facility</li>
<li>Interest in holistic health and clean/ancestral eating</li>
</ul>
