Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef with upscale hotel operations.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
- Experience managing food and labor costs within budgetary guidelines.
Requirements:
- Lead and manage the culinary team across all F&B outlets, ensuring consistent quality, presentation, and flavor.
- Oversee food preparation and production to ensure alignment with brand standards and guest expectations.
- Control food and labor costs through effective forecasting, purchasing, inventory management, and staffing.
