Job Description

Nelson Mullins, an AmLaw 60 firm, is hiring an experienced Corporate Administrative Assistant for our Naples office. This position requires a candidate with experience in Estate Planning & Trust and skilled at handling heavy revisions.


Responsibilities

In this role, you'll perform a variety of essential legal tasks with your keen eye for detail. This includes preparing correspondence and legal documents like pleadings, creating and maintaining spreadsheets, and indexing and updating pleadings and meeting materials. You will also draft routine legal documents such as deposition notices and legal invoices.


Qualifications


The ideal candidate has proven experience in Trust and Estate planning who can seamlessly manage and reprioritize a busy workload to meet strict deadlines. They have superior organizational, administrative, and legal skills, and is comfortable working both independently and with direction. Confidentiality is paramount, and you are trusted to handle all firm and client information with the highest level of discretion.

  • 3+ years of Trust and Estate planning experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and Word
