We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and results-driven Real Estate Sales Recruiter to join our team and help us attract and develop top sales associates.

- You have 2-3+ years of real estate sales experience or recruiting experience with strong knowledge of the industry.

Compensation & Benefits
- Earning potential up to $180,000+ (Base + Bonus)

Compensation:
$180,000+ OTE
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new sales associates weekly: Interview, select, and hire talented real estate professionals.
- Share the value and opportunities within our Market Center with potential recruits and current associates.
- Consult and coach agents to set goals, develop careers, and increase productivity and retention.
- Partner with leadership to implement strategies that meet recruiting targets, profitability, and growth initiatives.
- Facilitate training and development programs for new and existing sales associates.
- Lead sales meetings and recruitment events that inspire and motivate agents.
- Research competition and develop marketing strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage recruiting pipelines and maintain consistent communication with prospects.
- Work closely with Market Center leadership and administrative staff to provide support and training.
- Monitor recruiting metrics and report on progress regularly.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional people skills and a passion for helping others succeed.
- Proven success in recruiting or real estate sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.
- Knowledge of residential real estate and MLS systems preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience with career development and training is a plus.
