At Seasons Psychotherapy Associates, were a Florida-based mental health practice passionate about delivering compassionate, individualized care. Our team helps clients navigate trauma, grief, mental illness, and life transitions, fostering growth and fulfillment along the way. Were seeking a full-time Client Care Coordinator to join us in a 100% remote role, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. If youre fluent in Englishand Spanish and love supporting mental health, this could be your ideal career move! While this role is fully remote, we strongly prefer candidates based in Florida to align with our practices roots and operational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Answer calls and emails with professionalism and warmth as the first point of contact.
• Assist clients with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and service information.
• Conduct client intakes, collect essential details, and complete necessary documentation.
• Update client records and manage schedules in our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Partner with clinicians and staff remotely to ensure seamless operations.
• Perform light administrative tasks to keep our practice thriving.

Qualifications:

• Required: Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)no exceptions!
• Preferred: Experience with client intakes in a mental health outpatient clinic or private practice.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to excel in a fast-paced role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsyoure a people person!
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and tools like Google Workspace (Zendesk experience is a plus).
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree in a related field preferred.
• Must pass a fingerprint-based background check.
