What you will be doing:
- Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to consistently deliver exceptional service.
- Oversee daily operations with precision, from floor management to back-of-house coordination.
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness.
- Manage scheduling, budgeting, and inventory to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism, ensuring every guest leaves delighted.
- Collaborate with resort and hotel teams to provide seamless guest experiences.
What you bring to the table:
- Proven leadership experience in high-volume restaurants, luxury dining, or hospitality.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and operational excellence.
- A passion for guest service and creating memorable dining experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a natural team motivator.
- Ability to lead with confidence, remain calm under pressure, and set a positive tone.
- Prior experience in a waterfront, resort, or upscale dining environment is highly desirable.
