Within our Flight Solutions Group (FSG), our Sales and Sourcing team negotiate with suppliers to secure goods, materials, and services at competitive rates. The Sales & Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for effectively communicating and maintaining a professional relationship with vendors and customers in North America using detailed sourcing strategies and extensive knowledge geared towards the aviation industry. Reporting to the Director of Sales, the sales team will be able to navigate through a fast-paced industry and drive strategic business planning for FSG. This is an on-site role based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Responsibilities:
- Source quotes for parts and services based on customer specifications.
- Prepare and provide quotes from available stock or sourced materials.
- Maintain customer opportunities within CRM.
- Ensure compliance with parts traceability requirements.
- Monitor shipments from freight forwarders and suppliers to ensure prompt delivery.
- Address and resolve NCO (Non-Conforming Materials) discrepancies.
- Forecast, monitor, and meet sales revenue and margin goals.
- Analyze analytics and deliver insights and reports to improve sales team productivity.
- Travel may be required (Less than 10%)
- Other duties as assigned by direct manager.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and/or sourcing roles
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Aviation industry, preferred.
- Associate’s degree in business administration, marketing, or finance
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI, SQL)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, a plus.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to review, analyze, and articulate sales data and performance metrics.
- Foundational understanding of relationship building with internal partners, vendors, and customers.
- Familiar with ERP, CRM, e-Commerce networks, and business analytics tools,
- Developing effective negotiation skills.
- Driven and productive in fast-paced environment.
- Proactive in curiosity, thinking through problems, and developing solutions.
