Job DescriptionOffice Manager | Real Estate Development & Construction
We’re a growing real estate development and construction firm looking for a highly organized, proactive Office Manager to keep our operations running smoothly. In this hands-on role, you’ll wear multiple hats — from managing day-to-day office operations to supporting projects, accounting, permitting, and communications.

- Manage daily office operations, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Maintain organized files for contracts and project records.
- Assist with contractor coordination and project documentation.
- Process invoices and support bookkeeping.
- Communicate with consultants and contractors to move projects forward.
Typical Day
- Review project calendar and confirm Team deadlines.
- Follow up on vendor invoices.
- Take notes on consultant calls and update project files.
- Keep the office organized, stocked, and running smoothly.
Who You Are
- 3+ years of office management or administrative experience (construction, real estate, or architecture preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and PDF editing; experience with QuickBooks, Procore, or project management tools a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Self-starter with a flexible, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Professional, reliable, and enjoys supporting a small, collaborative team.
