We’re seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to help oversee the financial health of a growing organization. This individual will handle accounting functions such as managing financial records, payroll, budgets, and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and maintain accurate financial data and reports
  • Enter journal entries to debit and credit company accounts
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, client costs, and trust accounts
  • Prepare end-of-year tax documents (1099s, W-2s, etc.)
  • Process payroll and assist with financial audits as needed
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in financial statements

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or related finance roles
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and relevant accounting principles
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • High School Diploma required; Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
