Well-established Commercial Property Services company is seeking a Bi-Lingual Field Supervisor/Account Manager to oversee day-to-day contracted services at customer properties throughout Broward County. Our main office is located in Deerfield Beach.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer relations and ensure overall quality control of services provided
• Travel to various customer locations to conduct ongoing property inspections
• Follow up with service teams to confirm quality of service
• Maintain clear communication with customers to ensure expectations are met
• Prepare and submit monthly sales reports to management
• Identify opportunities to support company growth and strengthen client relationships

Requirements

• Bi-lingual in Spanish (required)
• Sales experience (required)
• Customer service experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Property management or maintenance supervision experience (a plus)
• Computer literate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Must have reliable transportation
