This role involves managing financial transactions, ensuring accurate accounting records, and supporting the full accounting cycle. Responsibilities:
• Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions efficiently.
• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure all entries are properly recorded.
• Prepare and post journal entries for various accounting transactions.
• Assist in month-end close procedures to ensure timely financial reporting.
• Utilize accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, or SAP for financial tasks.
• Support the full cycle accounting process, including documentation and compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and improve accounting workflows.• Previous experience or knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Familiarity with bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
• Proficiency in preparing and posting journal entries.
• Understanding of month-end close procedures and financial reporting.
• Experience with accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, or SAP.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new financial processes.
