We are seeking skilled fine dining line cooks! You will be responsible for efficiently working with the rest of the team to exceed our high-valued guest expectations. As a Back of House Team Member, you will be making the magic happen behind the scenes, ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable meal. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and kitchen cleanliness. You will work closely with our culinary team to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities (varies with position):
- Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of ingredients and dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and standards.
- Cooking: Execute cooking techniques and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in every dish.
- Plating: Ensure that all dishes are presented beautifully and in accordance with the restaurant's guidelines.
- Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels, including receiving and storing deliveries.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all food items meet the restaurant's standards.
- Collaborate with front of house team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting is required.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
