Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our property management office in a luxury high-rise residential building. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for residents, vendors, and guests, ensuring a seamless and elevated service experience. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the sophistication expected in a luxury setting.
Key Responsibilities
Resident & Guest Relations
- Greet residents, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Assist residents with service requests, amenity reservations, and general building information
Administrative Support
- Maintain resident records, Purchase / lease agreements, and property management files
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and property tours
Coordination & Support
- Support event planning and resident engagement activities
Handle confidential information with discretion
Job Requirements
Education & Experience
- High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 2 years of administrative or property management experience (luxury or hospitality background a plus)
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with property management software (e.g., Building Link) preferred
- Strong typing and data entry skill
Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
