We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in Naples, Florida. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of financial tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in managing day-to-day accounting operations. This role requires strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining organized financial records.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial data accuracy.
• Generate financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies or issues in financial data.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies.
• Manage and organize documentation related to invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Provide support for audits and other financial reviews as needed.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
• Experience with bank reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
