Position Summary:
Assists employees, and candidates with HR related questions. Utilizes HRMS system to track licensures/certifications, I-9 and sign-on/referral bonuses. Responsible for new hire data entry in HRMS and launching them in RedCarpet. Processes tuition reimbursement and assists in coordinating hospital week events. Responsible for Volunteer Program. Maintenance of HR staff as well as contracted services filing/scanning.
Qualifications/Requirements
Education
High School graduate or equivalent, post high-school education preferred.

Skills and Abilities
Effective verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
Good organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft
Experience
Knowledge of employment laws and general Human Resources functions preferred. Minimum 2 years' experience in benefit administration, human resources or related field preferred.
