If you're proficient in QuickBooks Online, excel at reconciling credit cards, managing expenses, and creating detailed financial reports, we want to hear from you!


Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is a must.
  • Strong bookkeeping and financial record-keeping skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all financial transactions.
  • Construction Bookkeeping Experience
  • Progressive Billing Experience
  • Organized and accountable work ethic.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the office.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Preference for candidates living in Lee County, Fort Myers.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time position.
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.

  • Utilize QuickBooks Online for precise financial record-keeping.
  • Reconcile credit card transactions and manage expenses.
  • Pay bills and create accurate invoices.
  • Generate Profit & Loss (P&L) reports for each division.
  • Maintain the chart of accounts.
  • Create job costing reports as needed.
