We are seeking a dependable, articulate, and organized Administrative Office Assistant to support our growing fractional CFO practice. This role is fully in-office and will serve as the first point of contact for the practice, working closely with senior leadership and supporting day-to-day administrative operations.
You will be the sole administrative support dedicated to the CFO practice and will work in an open office environment alongside other team members.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone entry-level to mid-experience who is eager to learn, grow, and develop within a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls for the CFO practice
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, prospects, and vendors
- Take clear, accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, and general office support
- Support CFO practice operations and internal administrative needs
- Maintain professionalism and discretion at all times
- Adapt to and support different working styles of leadership

- Strong verbal and written communication skills (required)
- Professional phone presence and comfort speaking with clients
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in an open office environment
- Willingness to learn and grow with the practice
- Ability to work independently while taking direction well
- Prior office or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
