Job DescriptionAccounts Receivable Clerk | $ 19-22 per hour | Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm
Are you a detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? The Reserves Network is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to manage the full-cycle AR process for a Clearwater-based manufacturer whose products support the healthcare industry nationwide.In this role, you aren’t just processing numbers—you are a key guardian of our cash flow and a builder of vital client relationships.What a typical day will look like:
- Full-Cycle Invoicing: Generate and distribute accurate daily invoices, verifying sales orders, contracts, and pricing to ensure 100% billing accuracy.
- Strategic Collections: Lead proactive daily outreach (calls and emails) to past-due accounts, negotiating payment plans and maintaining professional client rapport.
- Age Analysis & Compliance: Categorize receivables into aging buckets to evaluate collection likelihood and prioritize high-risk accounts.
- Payment Processing: Reconcile the AR sub-ledger to the general ledger and manage daily cash applications (ACH, wire, checks, and credit cards).
- Dispute Resolution: Act as a problem-solver by investigating billing discrepancies and resolving customer statement inquiries.
- Financial Support: Prepare daily bank deposits and assist the finance team with critical month-end closing activities.
What you need:
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable and general accounting.
- Corporate Collections Savvy: Proven experience in corporate collections with a professional yet firm approach.
- Tax Knowledge: A solid understanding of sales tax, as we operate across 40 states.
- Tech-Forward Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software. Experience with MS Dynamics Great Plains is a major plus!
- Education: High School Diploma required; a Degree in Accounting is preferred but not required.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position which is $19-22.00 per hour not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation.
