Location: Florida (Full-Time, <20% travel)
Salary: $70K + bonus potential

Lead financial, accounting, and benefits operations for a fast-growing company. Oversee invoicing, payments, payroll, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance while driving strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounting functions: general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and month-end close.

  • Ensure timely invoicing, payment collection, and vendor payments.

  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting with CPA support.

  • Administer bi-weekly payroll and employee benefits (health insurance, 401(k)).

  • Develop internal controls and SOPs for financial and HR processes.

  • Support ERP system transitions and HR program rollouts.

  • Coordinate with brokers for insurance audits and vendor negotiations.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in corporate accounting, preferably in IT or tech-related industries.

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business.

  • Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, and GAAP; experience with ERP systems.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Proven leadership in accounting and HR administration.

  • Excellent communication and vendor management skills.

  • Fast learner, team player, and deadline-driven.
