Brightway Insurance in Bonita Springs, FL is seeking to hire an Agency Sales Manager to lead their team. The prime candidate is a motivated individual who is driven to help clients protect their futures. This is an on-site position requiring you to be in the office Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. *This is a salary, plus commission opportunity with compensation details listed below.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations: oversee administrative workflows, scheduling, front-desk activity, and ensure the office is organized and functioning smoothly.
- Drive new business sales in personal and commercial lines through lead follow-up and sales conversations
- Consult with prospective and existing clients to assess risk exposures and recommend appropriate coverage
- Maintain accurate client and policy data in agency systems (CRM / AMS)
- Stay informed on underwriting rules, product changes, and carrier markets
- Support agency branding, marketing tasks, and contribute ideas to help grow book of business
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of insurance sales experience (personal, commercial, or both), required
- Must hold a 2-20 Florida Property & Casualty insurance license at time of application
- Ability to report to the office Mon-Fri. from 9am-5pm.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Well organized, detail oriented, able to manage multiple tasks
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and entrepreneurial drive
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to take ownership of goals
Compensation: Annual Salary PLUS Commission
- Annual Salary: $40-43K (determined by years of experience)
- Average first year total earnings: $50-75K+
