We are seeking a fast-paced, reliable, and detail-oriented Line Cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes according to our recipes and maintaining a clean, efficient station during peak service hours. Key Responsibilities

Station Management: Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and prep ingredients (chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, etc.) before service begins.

Food Preparation: Cook menu items to order in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff, ensuring consistent timing and quality.

Quality Control: Adhere to specific recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards to ensure every guest receives a top-tier meal.

Sanitation & Safety: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all food safety regulations and sanitation protocols (HACCP).
Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or in a similar kitchen role in a high-volume environment.

Technical Skills: Strong knife skills and proficiency with various cooking methods, including grilling, sautéing, and frying.

Stamina & Speed: Ability to stand for long shifts and work quickly and accurately under pressure.

Communication: Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to follow verbal instructions clearly in a loud, busy kitchen.
