Copperhead Plumbing is actively hiring a Residential Services Client Customer Service Representative to join our office team located in West Palm Beach. Starting compensation is $18.00/hour with weekly pay and overtime opportunities.

Office hours are Monday—Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Eligible for benefits after 90 days.

We work hard to make sure our clients' plumbing problems are solved in the flied and we need a savvy support team in the office to field calls and check in with our clients to give them scheduling updates and notices.

We are looking for friendly, personable people to engage with our customers over the phone with both outgoing calls and incoming calls. The office is busy and dynamic, so multitasking and organizational skills are a must! Comfortable with learning technology used for real-time scheduling and communication is important to be successful in this role.

We are a family-owned and operated business servicing residential areas across North Broward, Boynton Beach, Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Lake Worth, Wellington, Jupiter, and Delray Beach.

Customer Service Agent Qualifications and Aptitudes:

Basic office skills required
Experience answering phones, using Microsft, Excel, Word, Outlook
Natually wanting to be of service and problem solver
Go to Action personality
Open to learning
Customer service skills - you will be talking with homeowners and our staff
Positive and Friendly Attitude
