- A high level of Communication Skills
- Experience with numbers, outside sales, construction, or design is a plus—but not required!
- A passion for learning and a drive to succeed! We want someone humble, hungry, honeable, and hard-working. ????
- Availability for 5 PM and Some Saturday appointments is required.
- Motivated to find self generated Lead Sources (They also pay almost double the commission)

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our offerings to wow customers with your expertise!???? CRM Superstar: Document info, track daily traffic, and assist with sales reports!???? Qualify & Estimate: Identify client needs and create detailed proposals that impress!???? Negotiate with Flair: Understand design principles and close those deals!What You Can Expect:????
