Perfectus Labs is looking for a sharp, articulate, and driven Client Success & Strategy Analyst to support the execution of high-impact, AI-powered marketing campaigns. This is an entry-level role perfect for someone who loves problem-solving, enjoys working with people, and is eager to learn the ins and outs of modern digital marketing.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting client relationships, helping businesses grow through our flagship programs: BookedSolid AI (AI-driven sales outreach) and Cognos AI SEO (automated SEO optimization). You’ll work closely with clients, internal teams, and our AI tools to ensure campaigns launch smoothly, perform exceptionally, and continue to evolve.

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in client onboarding and check-in calls; assist in meeting prep and follow-ups
- Understand each client’s business goals and help translate them into campaign strategy
- Manage campaign setup tasks across SEO and sales outreach platforms (training provided)
- Analyze performance metrics and collaborate with internal teams to optimize campaigns
- Support quality assurance, reporting, and campaign monitoring
- Communicate proactively with clients to answer questions and ensure success
- Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing as you grow in the role
