Responsibilities

  • Outside Sales for residential and commercial power washing services
  • Leads generated by the company and appointments are set in coordination with the office manager
  • Ability to self-generate leads, identify prospects, and book estimate appointments in coordination with the office manager
  • 90% of your time is spent doing estimates, meeting with prospective clients, and following up on prospects
  • 10% of your time is spent on team building, meetings, training, and administrative tasks
  • Heavily focused on personal and professional training & development
  • All training is provided, and training is a never-ending focus

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience
  • Proven track record of success
  • Results-driven individual
  • Demonstrates a commitment to customers
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, ambitious
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience in the power washing industry is a plus but not required
  • A college degree in Business or a related field is a plus but not required
