Responsibilities
- Outside Sales for residential and commercial power washing services
- Leads generated by the company and appointments are set in coordination with the office manager
- Ability to self-generate leads, identify prospects, and book estimate appointments in coordination with the office manager
- 90% of your time is spent doing estimates, meeting with prospective clients, and following up on prospects
- 10% of your time is spent on team building, meetings, training, and administrative tasks
- Heavily focused on personal and professional training & development
- All training is provided, and training is a never-ending focus
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience
- Proven track record of success
- Results-driven individual
- Demonstrates a commitment to customers
- Strong communication skills
- Strong work ethic, ambitious
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in the power washing industry is a plus but not required
- A college degree in Business or a related field is a plus but not required
