Drive the end‐to‐end creation of science‐backed supplements—from the first spark of an idea to a successful market debut. Collaborate with cross‐functional teams and elite manufacturers to shape the next generation of clean‐label wellness products.
ROLE SNAPSHOT
- Full‐time role
- Lead concept‐to‐launch development for dietary‐supplement and sports‐nutrition lines
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pitch original product concepts informed by trend and consumer insights
- Mine scientific literature to craft evidence‐based formulas
- Source novel ingredients and partner with manufacturers to solve formulation puzzles
- Own multiple projects end‐to‐end; keep timelines, specs, and docs crystal‐clear
- Sync with Marketing, Ops, and Creative to deliver labels, education, and launch assets
- Review copy for scientific accuracy and brand alignment
- Track competitor products and pricing to sharpen go‐to‐market strategy
MUST‐HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s in Nutritional Science, Food Science, Biochemistry, or similar—or equivalent experience
- 3+ years hands‐on formulation or product‐development in supplements, functional foods, or natural products
- Proven project‐management chops; comfortable juggling several launches at once
- Strong grasp of scientific research, nutritional data, and formulation math
- Clear, upbeat communicator who thrives in cross‐functional teamwork
- Self‐starter—proactive, adaptable, solution‐oriented
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- PMP certification or experience with Stage‐Gate / phase‐gated processes
- Familiar with Jira, analytics tools, and Microsoft Suite
- Creative eye for emerging market trends and customer needs
