Role Overview

In this hybrid role, you will support individuals committed to creating change in their livesguiding them through high-performance principles while also identifying which of our personal development programs best fit their goals.

You will play a key role in consultative sales and relationship building, serving as a trusted advisor throughout their journey. This is a flexible, remote, performance-based only opportunity best suited for reliable professionals with experience in coaching, mentoring, consulting, or personal development who are motivated to grow their own client base and develop their professional impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead virtual consultations to understand client goals and recommend appropriate coaching programs or events.
  • Deliver structured coaching sessions based on proven personal development and high-performance frameworks.
  • Proactively promote programs through digital outreach, networking, and aligned visibility strategies.
  • Use CRM tools to maintain client records, follow-up tasks, and communication tracking.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in coaching, leadership role, sales, or personal development.
