MIAMI-DADE & BROWARD COUNTY CANDIDATES ONLY

Do It Now Moving Services is hiring experienced, self-driven sales professionals to generate and close residential and commercial moving clients in Miami-Dade and Broward County.

This is NOT a remote position. You must live in or near the service area to build strong local relationships and support sales activity within the territory.

POSITION TYPE

100% commission-only (1099 Independent Contractor)
No base salary, hourly pay, or guaranteed income
Earnings are 100% performance-based
Flexible schedule – work when and where you want
Bi-weekly commission payments on completed and billed moves

EARNING POTENTIAL

Uncapped commission structure
Average performers: $1,000–$3,000 per month
Top performers: $5,000–$10,000+ per month
Income depends entirely on effort and closing ability

REQUIREMENTS (ALL ARE MANDATORY)

Must live in Miami-Dade or Broward County
Must be familiar with South Florida neighborhoods and logistics

Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience
Services, logistics, real estate, B2B, B2C, call centers, or similar
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

Bilingual English and Spanish (required)
Strong communication and closing skills
Confident on the phone and in professional interactions
Ability to build rapport and handle objections

Legally authorized to work in the United States
Must provide documentation upon hire

Comfortable working in a commission-only environment
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Understand income fluctuates based on performance
