Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager located in Boynton Beach, FL. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining quality control for food and beverages. The role includes hiring and training new employees, handling customer complaints and inquiries, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The manager will also be responsible for maintaining inventory, optimizing service efficiency, and driving profitability.

- Experience in Hiring and Training Staff
- Excellent Communication skills
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in restaurant management is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
