Title: Associate Loan Officer – Warm Leads Only, No Cold Calling
Ready to earn $150K–$500K+ closing inbound leads? We’re a fast-growing mortgage brokerage seeking a top-tier Associate Loan Officer who’s hungry, coachable, and driven to grow into a Loan Officer within 6 months, and a Senior Loan Officer within 12 months.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handling warm, inbound real estate investor leads (no cold calls)
- Conducting consultative discovery sales calls via phone and Zoom
- Diagnosing client needs and booking appointments for Senior LOs
- Building urgency and trust to push deals forward
- Coordinating with underwriting and funding teams to close loans fast
You Might Be a Fit If You:
- Have 3+ years of sales experience (high-ticket, commission-based preferred)
- Love closing deals and have a six-figure track record to prove it
- Are a clear communicator with strong emotional intelligence
- Thrive in remote, fast-paced, self-managed environments
- Crave growth and are obsessed with learning and leveling up
What You’ll Get:
- 6 month base salary + Uncapped commission – $75,000 to $125,000 realistic first 12 months.

- Direct mentorship from top producers, weekly team trainings, and one on one training from the sales director
- Clear path to Loan Officer after 6 month training period ( LO's earn $75,000 to $150,000+ a year) uncapped commissions. Path from loan officer to senior loan officer after 12 months. (Senior Loan Officers earn $150k to $500k a year)
