Vice President of Sales
Location: South Florida (Broward, Miami-Dade, or Palm Beach County)
Industry: Home Care (Registry Model Preferred)

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Sales to lead, develop, and scale our multi-site home care sales organization across South Florida. This executive role reports directly to the CEO and is critical to the continued growth of a private equity-backed, expanding home care organization focused on excellence in client service and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives across multiple regions.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of sales professionals and marketers.

  • Drive referral generation and relationship development across hospitals, elder care attorneys, care managers, ALFs, rehabs, and other key partners.

  • Monitor performance metrics, pipeline activity, and revenue growth targets, providing regular reporting to the CEO.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and marketing to ensure strategic alignment and service consistency.

  • Identify and expand into new market opportunities while maintaining excellence in current territories.

  • Analyze competitive trends and adjust strategies to maintain a market-leading position.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in the home care industry, preferably with a registry model.

  • Proven success building and managing high-performance sales teams in a multi-location environment.

  • Deep knowledge of the South Florida healthcare and elder care referral landscape.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven, private equity-backed environment.

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
